Mavis used to be in a group called The Staple Singers in the 1970s with hits like "I'll Take You There" and "Let's Do It Again". They also had a jam in the 1980s called "Slippery People". Mavis later hooked up with Prince.....I think maybe around 1989 (I'm not sure, I don't have that first album). I have another album she hooked up with Prince on in the early 1990s called "The Voice". The title track is nice and I like another track called "You Will Be Moved". Andy is a four letter word.

I'm shocked that there's been NO mention of Taja Seville's debut. Interesting. Had some nice jams on there. "Love is Contagious" was a hot jam! Living to die and I'll die to live again - 360 degrees - comprehend
