I have no problems with the natural look, but it's not all totally 'natural' when you are wearing a wig. It may take a lot of work, but she would like nice if she wore different styles using her own hair. I personally hate wigs/weaves, so I am in no way suggesting that she wear the horsehair weaves that so many of the female entertainers are wearing. | |

Tamar is a very beautiful girl with a great voice. She actually has talent. From reading this thread, it seems that people are uncomfortable with a dark-skinned woman with ethnic features being associated with Prince. Just because she does not look like Appolonia, Carmen Elektra, or Vanity (and I love these gals), does not mean that she is not beautiful. Those comments about her looking like Florida from Goodtimes are totally offensive. It's like your making fun of black people. Accept difference. That is why we are all Prince fans. | |

I agree. I think some people are also so used to seeing light skinned women and mxed women around P for most of his life that they don't want to see any other kinda of female around him. Then there are those that only find beauty from a Eurocentric point of view and look down upon anything Afrocentric yet I do find it funny how there are some people who want and worship J-Lo's rear end as if it was some hot commodity when damn near every sista on the block has an ess equal or better. It's just hot shit on her because of her hue and heritage. Then there's the lip-envy and the collagen shots needed to get them when sistas have always had them. I don't know about that. Some of those outfits that I have seen her wear weren't that conservative ...and what about the sexy twins? He definitely doesn't appear to be as conservative as he may have been a few years ago...IMO
