In some of her live sets in recent years, Sheila E sings this song called Alice Through The Looking Glass.

Does anyone know what this song is from, or who originally sang it?

It's really funky the way Sheila does it, but I'm not familiar with this song.

Thought I was the only one who loves this live track from Sheila.

I first heard her perforrm it during the mini-tour supporting Sex Cymbal in San Jose.

I remember asking everybody about "Alice." Someone thought it was a Patti LaBelle song, but I'm not sure if they were confusing it with Lady Marmalade which Sheila also covered.
