Uh, You? "What's your problem?" "Do these people look black to you?" Just seems like I hit a nerve here. And the tone of your comments smacks of disdain and contempt, especially when you posted the picture to somehow prove your point...like it was an insult to associate northern Africans with blacks. Hey, no problem. But like you said, perhaps this discussion is for another forum. Have a nice day. hug

Mrs Testolini doesn't quite look like these people in the pic you posted. Her hair texture is slightly different, and she is much darker. Just how dark do you have to look before you are "black"?
I don't believe her looks are similar of people from South Africa.... but Egyptians were also referred to as "coloreds", black, and even the "n" word back in colonial England days (1950's).

Mani is a beautiful woman and she would be even more so if she would smile more! She often looks so tired. But it's a tough life. It's amazing how different you can look with curly/straight hair...

I guess whoever it was that saw and spoke to her at the Minn. Tamar show was correct about her being on her way to Africa.

During a 4-week visit to Africa, IAPW Founder Manuela Testolini Nelson discovered a small orphanage in Maadi, Egypt. The children, aged 2-6 years have been sharing cribs in the absence of beds. After assessing their needs, IAPW was able to provide bedding, blankets, towels, food and other necessities to the orphanage. The children were also given toys, reading materials, and school supplies. On the last day of her visit, Ms. Nelson was thanked with a special song & dance performance by the children.

i thought those excerpts in the "about us" section made her objectives clear.
she apparently has a history with non-profit and volunteer work. good for her.

it also referred to her as Ms. Nelson confused

Oh how boring! Sorry, i used to think Prince and Manuela were going to give us a show!!! They haven't even KISSED, or showed any affection towards eachother like that. It's cool, but it's not honest.

Mani is wonderful. She's the new Princess of hearts. Lovely. The charity must really give her a sense of accomplishment and running the Inc must be very challenging and satisfying

Mani always looks so casual and cool. Like her style. Though it's not good that she always looks so tired. Sleep girl!
