Any interesting topic about MAZARATI , lately ?

I haven't been here for about 4 months .
Anyone noticed some great threads about them ?

Read on a site that lead-singer Casey was about to launch something again .

Also wonder if there ever was merchandise sold during their few live-performances .

Thanx in advance ,
100MPH.

Love Mazarati. I used to have their album but lost it somewhere between Reno and San Francisco one time. Anyway, I hope Casey Terry is up to something. I would love to see the guys get back together. Of course, they're probably all bald and overweight now....

BrownMark was the album's producer, but he was never a member of the band.Sir Casey Terry was the lead singer.

Here's a posted message from a Prince-related site , which seems to be the response from Sir Casey Terry himself.

I saw them at 1st avenue nite-club back in the day. This was before their record came out. They did a whole bunch of cover tunes. Like Van Halen's "Jump". The Keyboard player came out and sung lead on that one. Then they did a whole bunch of Prince songs including "Head" and "Erotic City". Then they played a few "Time" songs like "Jungle Love" and "Cool". Then they did "Stroke" a song that eventually ended up on their album. Everyone thought it was funny when they jumped up in the air, Fists high, yelling "STROKE!". I remember BrownMark working the sound board for them, and getting distracted every 2 minutes by some girls wanting to say Hi. Those were the days.

I still have it on cassette and it rocks now just as it did when I first heard it.I did not know BrownMark produced these guys.BrownMark has to be one of Prince's best bass players after Andre. This guy really thunders a bass.
