Steve Ivory If anyone every read the book there is in the intro of the book
something that mentions an Eurasian beauty that is standing near Prince by a bar... Pre-Vanity era...sorry kiddies it is wrong to assume it is Vanity. But Who is the before mentioned woman???? sorry if that was over your head...jump up and try to catch the point next time. | |

I am making a point that everyone on the org thinks they know everything about Prince. But that book was written prior to his ever meeting Denise Matthews Smith. And it's wrong to assume things.
Oh P.S. Eurasian just meant a person of European and Asian decent. Oh I have a clue who she was ..... sorry if that was over your head...jump up and try to catch the point next time. | |

Sorry, but you're wrong - Steven Ivory's book 'Prince' was published in late 1984, and republished in a revised edition in mid 1985. Prince met 'Denise Matthews Smith' in January 1982 - quite some considerable time before that book was even ever thought of. Actuarilllly.

oh that steve ivory book. lord, i had that in the 6th grade. it's the one that has jimmy jam talking about how serious prince and vanity were and how she had moved into his purple house, which surprised everyone on the scene. it also describes Vanity as being of Eurasian descent but we all know that's not true.
