Ok I love Mayte with all my heart. Yes her and Prince looked really in love and made the sexiest couple ever. I think we as fans all enjoyed seeing them dance/ and work together.

But I really think the fans are too harsh on Mani. I have made some disparing comments about her in the past but that was wrong. I really think it must be hard for Mani to be a wife of a celebrity of Prince's magnatude. Can you imagine how insecure she must feel? I know I couldn't handle all the groupies and not to mention models after my man (remember Brooke Burke declaring her love for Prince) Plus not to mention all the women, the BEAUTIFUL women he has had in the past. I know the past is the past and it is irrelevent to what is happening now, but if I were Mani it would bother me that all these women did stuff with my husband. She must be very secure with herself. Plus we all know how Prince seems to have a roaving eye, seems she really has to trust him when he is away and working with other women.

Plus, I think we as fans are so used to seeing Prince hook up with women he is working with so we find it hard to accept the fact that she has no entertainment ambitons and is just happy to be a wife. I think Prince needs someone like that in his life. Less egos to deal with I guess.

I guess it must be hard for her to have all these perceptions and judgements placed upon her like She stole Prince away from Mayte, she was a stalker, she is ugly, she is trying to be Vanity....regardless if it is true or not, she is a human being and has feelings and it would be hard not to be affected by that.

So even though I'd do Prince in a heartbeat given the chance, I really do empathize with how difficult her life must be. And if Prince does see other women on the side I hope she knows about it and accepts it.

I think she is doing just fine. I believe she is enjoying her new life in California hanging around and socializing with America's royalty. I would not worry about her if I were you.

Another thing, I don't think she worries about Prince with other woman, she got Prince at a good time in his life. When he "found" God. So, with that in mind, she knows as a JW, he CAN'T do anything "wrong". Their religion is her security.

I think Any Wife of a Celebrity Especially one of Prince's Magnitude has GOT to FEEL JEALOUS or Maybe INSECURE at Times. I think the fans should Lay Off with Personal Attacks . It's Really Nasty. Maybe she just takes it in Stride...

you don't know Prince in a personal way. do you? and if you don't know him on a personal, private level, how can you feel confident enough to speak for his motives for anything -- or read hidden messages into simple, ordinary movements? i just think that's very strange. but that's just me.

Prince is getting old, and i'm not infatuated with OLD MEN bodies, i like prince spiritually, and i think that he does communicate to his fanatics with how is he, it's only natural.

Oh crap. I take off my ring when I make hamburger patties. I hope my husband dosen't see me then or he will think we're no longer married. I agree. Who in the hell knows but him n his wife. Maybe a few extereme close friends but that's about it. And no ...I doubt any of us in here are that damn close to know for a fact either. No matter how much one wants to impress another.
