time vs. revolution breakdown Ok there has been debate. There have been "well they said"... comments on this topic. But after watching the Homecomming show again....I'm gonna try to break down member vs member of each band... and the overall performance...
1st of the Revolution had a longer set....but the Time did their set plus the Vanity 6 set. So here we go..... Jellybean vs. Bobby Z: Bean hands down!!!!! Jesse vs. Dez: owwwwweeeee....."I" gotta say Jesse. He killed it. Playing was fonkay. Dance steps were better. If it was a rock show Dez would've won. But it wasn't. Brownmark/Terry : being a bassplayer "I" say it was a tie. "777-..." vs. "let's work". Both dudes has to dance, play and sing!!!!! Now here's where it gets tricky for me....The keyboard battle J. Jam/Monte Moir vs. Lisa/Dr. Fink: to dance, sing and play is not as easy as it looks. Jam/Moir would win in that battle. However Lisa/Fink may have had harder musical parts. "I" say Jam/Moir. But hey I'm not a keyboardplayer. Jill vs. Jermone: Jill. Morris vs. Prince : Prince Better show excution: This is where the Revolution fall short. P had a tight set list. But the execution was in comparrison to the Time.....slack....But P had to work with what he had. The Time wins this round. The 1999 show had some bright spots.....the Time just had some better ones!!!!

Maybe some of these battles R really The Revolution's Prince vs The Time's Prince. Has Dez really played on anything outside of Little Red Corvette, well maybe I should say anything worth battling Jesse?
