Anyway I listened to 17 days along other Purple rain era songs last night and I pretty sure Wendy done the leading voice (and you could hear Lisa in the background) because Brenda have that soulful voice and that wasn't heard on 17 days.

Is that Brenda singing lead on "Some Kind Of Lover" off the Appollonia 6 album? If I remember correctly it was. That song had a funny ending,with Brenda having an orgasm then saying "Oh I'm Sooooo Embarassed Right Now".
