I haven't heard any claims about him being in Panama since those pics emerged almost three months ago (backed by local news reports about him being in the country). I also don't remember seeing ANY mention of him being in Miami recently. Last confirmed sighting I know of is at the SF JW convention (and I was skeptical about that until the pic popped up).
