I was just reading 'Jawn Juice' on rnbdirt.com and they said that P showed up at her celebration party,given by BET or something... I was just thinkin 2 myself the other day, how much she looks like vanity/Mani and the type of girls he dates and was wondering hmmmm and then i read that!! They didnt say anything happened and with him being single and YEAH I SAID IT!!! Who knows??? She's not all that vocally, so she'd really be his type LOL.. PEACE!!

But somewhere in his mind, he thought that he could be a reformed ho and that's why he started becoming preachy about monagamamy. However, I knew that reformed ho role wouldn't last for long and he would be back to his heathen ways b/c he gets bored with having the same around Paisley Park. And if you were in his shoes, you would blame him. Mani was kind of plain jane compared to the other women that he's be paired with so its not surprised. Also, there was a scandal behind how Mani took P from Mayte and so all I can say is what goes around comes around.

No, she doesn't look like Mani or Vanity. Her look is more similar to Ananda Lewis but, I love her new song "Touch", it's incredibly reminiscent of "Nasty Girl". I wonder if that's just coincidence Hmmm...

Now that I think of it, I read an old interview with that girl from City High and she said that Prince showed up backstage at one of their concerts to meet her. So, maybe he WAS checkin' Amerie out! I guess old habits die hard.

I think she has her own look. But if you wanted to compair her to one of his ex's than I would have to say Susan from Vanity6. She's beautiful and you can't blame him for having a thing for georgous women that's just one of his vice's. Don't think he can really be happy with one women though, even if he really tried to be. I guess that's one of the big reasons Mayte left him.

I am guessing that Meltedman was part of the purple circle during the time P was with Mayte... maybe a personal assitant or a bodyguard because Meltedman was reportedly with Mayte on the night that Mayte and P had an disagreement in a night club in NYC that was reported in the papers gossip column. And based on other stories to correlate, Meltedman seems credible. He must have became more of Mayte's friend than P and went to the Mayte's camp after the split.
I would imagine that there are some employees at Paisley Park that are still on friendly terms with Mayte, (after all she was part of that organization for several years even before she hooked up with Prince). I think the gossip has come from someone at Ppark and passed on to Mayte about Mani and P splitting.
Meltedman probably gets his info from Mayte.
