Fav associated artist album.

(no time albums please, too obvious)

One of my fav albums ever! I put it over the times "pandimonium" just.

Sure, the production is from the same guys who did Donny osmonds "soldier of love" and "sacred emotion", but thats why I love it I guess.

U heard how cheesy "stranger to love" is? Its fantastically over the top. The guitar solo just tops it off.

"every heart needs a home" has that gorgeous synclavier on it too. "only reminds me of you" is the biggest ripoff ever. It is so obviously Richard Marx's "right here waiting", but I like it though.

"heart to heart" "I never knew what love could do" "every time I close my eyes" etc.. are just so peppy, bouncy, loud snarey, innocent, but so catchy and funky, in their own breezy way, I just love them.

The 2 oliver leibar tracks "next time you see my girl" and "maybe in another world" are nice, more mellow, but still cheesy cuts. Love it all.

Musically, u may say it reeks, but I love it. One of my all time fav albums. It always puts me in a cheerful mood.

Though "shooting star" is proper funky though.

Wait a minute now, the ONLY reason I didn't put Jesse down as my favorite is because the first post said "NO TIME" and I figured that putting Jesse as my favorite would b like putting the Time down..

let me state it now.....Jesse IS my favorite..!!!!! I even saw him back in ....
hmmn..1985? or so at the State Theatre in Detroit....

THINK PINK!!!

I do like "rich man", but i cant resist the all out OTT youthful peppiness about this album. He also co-wrote and sang on a song for the producers group "rhythm syndicate" called "shoulder to cry on". Great song.

lol It is kind of a hard question to answer since The Time was excluded. That's why I chose the "Apollonia 6" album as my favorite "album" (which isn't fair because it's really a Prince album with the girls singing on it lol ). Apollonia 6, the "group" is far from my favorite though. My favorite associated "artist" would be Andre Cymone and Jesse Johnson is my second favorite. Both these guys are two of the baddest artists to ever come from the Prince camp.
