This girl was smokin' hot 2 begin with. She didn't need any kind of surgery in my opinion, yet she felt the need 2 spend upwards of $20,000 just 2 resemble another babe.

I just don't get it. Is it that competitive when it comes 2 girls and their looks? I mean, if you're butt ugly or something I could see maybe going 2 that extreme, but if you're hot 2 begin with... I don't know, I guess I'm just trying 2 put myself in a woman's position...
