Two words: gag order.  I'm willing to bet that when someone leaves Prince's employ, he makes them sign a confidentiality agreement of sorts, saying that they can't disclose anything to the public about working with him. I don't know that this is 100% true, but we all know how controlling Prince can be.  I don't think it is a matter of control but more so to keep his privacy...we as fans do pry...how else would he keep our interest if we knew everything already...after all it's always the people close to u that are willing 2 destroy you...it shouldn't be hard for his ex band members to respect that even if they did not sign it...Prince does the same for them!!! | |
