Good question? Remember their album, released in 1988 on Paisly park? I still got my copy, and very good it is too!
It concerned to good looking brothers who were image wise sorta like Milli vanilli.....they did commercial dance pop! Prince had nothing to do wit it as far as the credits go, except that it was mixed etc at Paisly! "got a new love" is pleasant enough, but damn is this album cheesy 
Whatever happened to them anyway? I guess the album bombed..... I always thought Prince track "good love" shoulda been given to good question! Same sorta production and cheese, maybe prince thought the song was too good for them.....shame! [Edited 11/29/04 9:30am] | |

The remix by C&C Music Factory on the 12" single was 100 times better. I still have the album and I don't remember it being as horrible as everyone else says it is. There are worse Paisley Park albums (T.C. Ellis). | |

The remix by C&C Music Factory on the 12" single was 100 times better. I still have the album and I don't remember it being as horrible as everyone else says it is. There are worse Paisley Park albums (T.C. Ellis). I have that 12" too somewhere? never knew it was the great c and c music factory? I just rediscovered my album.....never heard of the producer though musician Rhett Lawrence sounds familier? | |

I have this album but I haven't played it in years.From what I remember,it largely consists of formulaic dance/pop....not very distinctive.The first single "Got A New Love" received some attention on R&B radio,but the project was a commercial flop. | |

I have the video. Total Paula Abdul moves. Jerry Curl hell. Bad voices. Nice little 80's ditty though. Fem as hell (not that there's anything wrong with dat).

Miguel How does it feel to be the only one in the world with the video? I like the last song "one more time"! thats some crazy harmonica playing.....so damn peppy it's hard to dislike this album! I want dj's to play this in the clubs i go to damnit! Sure more positive and fun to dance to then that modern rnb shit I have to dance too.....ahh the innocense of late 80's dance pop | |
