Nona Gaye can really sing. She was somewhat of a Prince protegee  I guess. But anyway. I really really love her song "The Things We All Do For Love". Its a beautiful ballad. I just would like to know when it was made,  who was it about,  and any other info it may have behind it. Such a beautiful song.  Doesnt really sound like Prince's style though. &  | |

CherrieMoonKisses, did you get to hear her do the Star Spangled Banner with father Marvin during the All=Star Game this year? It was beautiful!
I just ordered 1-800-NEW FUNK, and aside from LoveSign w/Prince, she did a funked up version of "A Woman's Gotta Have It" that was quite good. That's coming from a Bobby Womack fan! The ORG - the only place where you can be called a wigger, a racist and a Nazi and be banned for defending yourself. It's so hard being white nowadays...
