Did anyone else hear about this?

The 11:00 news in Cleveland last night ran a story about how Lenny Kravitz was being sued to the tune of $300,000 for "catastrophic damages" caused by his negligence. Seems the toilet in his apartment in New York was clogged and overflowed to the point that the apartment below had major water damage. The insurance company was coming after Lenny saying that he was aware of the problem, but did nothing to fix it and they want back the money they had to pay out to do the work on the damaged apartment.

All they said was that the toilet was clogged with "various items", but wouldn't disclose more specifics.
