Fred Armisen, the comedian who plays Prince on the recurring "Prince Show" skit on NPC's "Saturday Night Live", is the subject of a cover story interview in the newest issue of Punk Planet magazine:

The interview is great if you're a fan of Fred's - he talks a lot about his days as drummer in the band Trenchmouth, and how he's been able to become "kinda famous" while at the same time keeping his integrity and having fun.

I bought the magazine today - I haven't found any references about Prince or the "Prince Show" skits in the story, but I do know that Fred's a huge fan and writes the skits keeping other fans in mind, and does the skits with the utmost of respect for Mr. Purplepants.
