Hey guys...I haven't been around in a minute, but I was looking through the dictionary and came up with a question for you. I looked up the term "whitefly" and eventually came across the disease known as "leishmaniasis," or "KALA AZAR." Of course, I saw that and instantly thought of Carla Azar, the drummer on Wendy & Lisa's Fruit at the Bottom and Eroica albums, and current drummer for Autolux. Does anybody know if that's her real name, or if she coined that name from the disease (which would be like someone naming herself "Ghana Ria")? I looked online and found no biographical info on her.
