PrintablePrince did 'dig' Mayte, that's obvious, I don't know what was in Mayte's mind, but if you marry someone, you love them somehow. Did Prince feel bad??? Most likely, I say he did, given anyone in that position, and going by his songs, he fell HARD for her, however way you want to put it, and to see her go with someone else, esp. someone like Tommy, in the business, rockstar, his history, just him, well that will make anyone stop and think for a moment and make you feel bad even if he been found somebody else. Tommy is not trash, he happens to be one of the nicest people and in the time he was with mayte he not ONCE laid a hand on her. If you wanna read more about his time with Mayte, he devoted a whole chapter in his new book to it. The book comes out this week and is called Tommyland. As far as Prince goes, I would rather she be with Tommy over Prince any day of the week. Prince did not want Mayte to have friends or family and basically tried to stop her from communicating with them. On the other hand, Tommy embraced her friends and family as if they were his own and to this day, him and Mayte are still the closest of friend, so there ya go.
