I think Apples and Jill Jones look GREAT. Of course they have aged(it has been 20yrs) but I don't think they look OLD.

Of the subject, but, well, didn't those women (of his past) look as though they rocked? I can see them all listening to Last Child or Rag Doll (by Aerosmith) and just rockin' out. Man, I want Prince to find another woman that can make him rock like how he used to!

Apollonia looked much older than 19 in Purple Rain. I don't know how old she actually was, but she certainly did not pull off looking like a teenager.

Sheila E looks good for her age, considering she had a drug addiction.

Yes, she was born looking "old" I bet. In Purple Rain, she looked 35. She looked like a grown woman. But back then, 20 something girls looked "old" and "settled" already.



Hmmmm, I am 11 years over 18 and people still think I'm in Jr. High school. It's because I'm so short and so skinny and my face will always look youthful. That is something I can't help. I see some 29 year olds that look as though they've been married for 30 years. Appollonia is one of those women that will always look older than she is. I just couldn't pull it off. I'd look like a little girl playing dress up if I tried to do my hair up like Appollonia and wore the clothes that she wore in Purple Rain.

She also looks heavy in those pics in the silver dress. Vanity, looks the same today in her Reverend pics..to me anyway

well, i talked to Apples up close during the Family Jamm and she looked better then she did in Purple Rain...Come to think of it all the girls looked great....

Ditto on that SoS!!! She was absolutly more beautiful in person than she looked in Purple Rain. She was so gracious too! As far as any weight issues, I'm sorry up close she was HOT!!

I was there too...talked to Apples and danced next to her onstage and she looked GREAT! Just as, if not more beautiful than in 1984. (I do admit her outfit was a teeny bit too small...but hey everyone is entitled to how they want their clothes to fit).

Sheila just looks better every year too. And both Sheila and Apples' personality just shine through which makes them even more beautiful.

Jill looked UNBELIEVABLE at the Family Jamm! Twenty years later and she is more beautiful and has an even better body if that's possible!
