it says several things:

- that Prince is shy
- that he likes to talk to girls better because he doesn't like macho behaviour
- implied is that he and Sheila E have a relationship
- that Sheila E came to comfort Prince after an emotional performance of PURPLE RAIN

it's not a negative article or anything, probably from a teeny magazine !

it also says that there were agreements for a Prince concert in the Netherlands but that they were cancelled.
