I Loved Vanity Big Time. What Movie was that with the black dress? I wish she still was in Showbiz. She'll Always be Gorgeous.

So many poses...do ya'll think she was conceited? She is pretty though

I also find it interesting that I posted on another thread that I know her and no one has responded. You all just like to ramble on and not get to any thing real? Yep that's a gauntlet being dropped.

Are you upset that nobody made a big deal out of your saying that you know her? Well, if you really do know her, that's wonderful for you and you are very lucky. Did you want to discuss her and pass on personal information about her and your relationship with her, or what? Maybe nobody wants to go there, into YOUR personal business, and that's why no one responded?



if you really want to "get into" something "real", why dont you start a thread yourself telling everybody what you want to say?

Ok, I just noticed something for the first time. In some angles, Vanity reminds me of Phylicia Rashaad. For instance, in the 12th picture of her in the yellow blouse, there is something about her that makes me think of Phylicia. Does anyone else see it?

Also, I have been asking this question for years with no answer. What is the correct pronunciation of Taimak's name? Is it "Tie Mack" or is it "Tay Mock", or something else. I have never heard anyone actually say his name. They always say, "the guy in The Last Dragon" or The guy in Janet Jackson's, "Let's Wait a While" video.

Nobody wants to go there re: personal information on Vanity? Umm... I see 'rare pics of Vanity' posted here, and her supposed 'bio' posted by not Vanity, but Goldilocks? I mentioned that I know her as a way of providing accurate information. For example.. she also went by the last name of Seneck.

I've asked a relative to mail to me the pictures of my time in a beauty pageant, the one Denise won. My intention was to post those pics. I felt there was no invasion of privacy issue as I am also in the pics I would post.

Would it be 'wrong' to share those pics or other information?
