So at about 2:30 a.m. I turn on VH1 Classic to their Classic Soul hour (it'd been on for a half hour already) and I had good timing because I turned it on in time to see a purple triple play!

Within about 5 minutes of my turning on the tv, the 'Little Red Corvette' video came on which is good to see despite my having already seen it about 4893843902049309 times and already having that one on tape, but then after that ended they immediately showed Vanity 6's 'He's So Dull' video followed by Chic's 'Le Freak' video featuring Jill Jones! (and I must admit I did not know Jill sang with them for that particular concert and during the whole video I was saying to myself "That HAS to be Jill!" and when it ended I checked on the internet and it was. So that was cool.

Just wish I had a tape in the ol VCR but they are showing Classic Soul hour again today at 2 p.m. central so hopefully it will be this same hour repeated again and I can get 'He's So Dull' recorded.

I wanted to give anybody else interested a heads-up on those vids in case you would like to catch them too. I think if you begin watching at 30 minutes past the hour you will be safe to get them.

I was gonna post this yesterday after I saw it. I caught the afternoon edition, but crashed right before the late night re-run.
