The British female rapper from the late 80s/early 90s who Prince wrote a couple of tunes for, "Born to B.R.E.E.D" and "In a Word or 2"...(and she had other hit songs in her own right)...Has anyone a clue about where she is, or what she's doing nowadays?

Monie Love released a single a year ago called "Slie Of Da Pie".Although I was looking forward to hear it and it did enter the UK Top 20, it was probably the worse tune she ever recorded.A third album never came out and the excellent "In A Word Or 2" album which features the Prince songs is currently out of print which is a shame because I'd really like to have it on CD (I own the tape)

Last time i seen her she was in this HBO movie called "Strapped"(i know some of you remember it).

I got "Born 2 Breed" on CD at a "Dollar Store" last year. They had a shit load of them.
