I'll give you Sonny and Levi, but BROWN MARK AND ANDRE? PLEASE!!! Andre couldn't hold a candle to the rest of them and BrownMark was mediocre compared to Levi and Sonny.

BrownMark? Mazarati. That was in my opinion, the baddest record to come out of Paisley Park aside from the Time's material. Mazarati was BrownMark's project, not Prince's. He did it the way Prince did. He played the tracks, Terry Casey came in and sang. Mark Brown ain't no joke. You betta get a clue.

If the original poster meant band members and their individual roles in Prince's band, then I'd have to say:
Sonny, Levi, John Blackwell, Dr. Fink and Eric Leeds. Prince's horn arrangements are part of what put him over the top in my book. He couldn't have done that without Eric.
