what is the guitarist doing these days?

I've heard so many stories about where he is...
First I heard he was incarcerated for pulling a gun on his girlfriend, then he was a coke addict living in LA. I just dont know whats going on.

I do miss his music though...the first 2 albums were great!

the MPLS sound was all over the place back in the day..and those 2 albums "Jesse Johnsons Revue and Shockadelica" we're attributed to that

That domestic trouble he had with his girlfriend (or wife?) happened around 1991. It's like he disappeared into thin air. I met the Time after a show in Florida about 5 years ago (damn! time flies...it seemed like yesterday) & I wish I would've asked one of the guys. Oh's wells.

Jesse needs to come back and throw some of that good old funk rock down that he's capable of!!!!!

Several months ago,at the old site,someone submitted a news update on Jesse.He is living in L.A.,working as a music producer.He's producing songs for a new CD by The Dramatics,and is also working with some hip-hop groups.In 1996,he released a rock CD 'Bare My Naked Soul' and another solo album is not out of the question.

I loved all 3 of Jesse's 80s solo albums. I hope he is doing well.
