She's my favorite Prince gal and I was wondering if anyone knew her whereabouts?

I wish I knew. I need her to rap!

This is very old but the last two things I heard about Cat was she was hosting some music dance show in Canada (in the early 90') and lastly was the comment made by Prince, which was he and Mayte ran into her in a club in L.A. and while Cat was talking to them, she said, " She (Mayte) is good but it will never be what you and I had". Prince said, "that was the LAST time he spoke to Cat. He was apparantly really pissed.

I don't agree with anyone because it still doesn't answer the question. If Mayte is not with him and neither is Cat, who makes who better for Prince, and who else other than Prince knows what's better for himself? So if neither one is with him, who makes who better for whom? None! Or rather, the one that stays with him until it lasts is 'the right one' for him.

Whatever, using God as a reason for not knowing what is best for a person is just lame. Just because a person chooses to believe in God doesn't mean that they are weak and are looking for a higher being to make decisions for them. Some people choose to believe for fear of God and the afterlife. Cat is just a woman, she is not a prophet who knows what is 'best' for Prince. That was just her OPINION. Just because she did a good performance in 'Sign o' the times' with her bump and grind moves she is famous for, doesn't mean that she is 'the one' for anybody. I saw the 'Sign o' the times' movie, and thought they were just friends. Only they really know what was up between them when they were a couple, but the fact that they weren't 'great' enough to last says it all. And that's my opinion. So Whatever! When I referred to Sign O' The Times I meant a musician/dancer relationship which is what I was referring to the first time I replied in the first place and the God comment was not to meant to say Prince or anyone is weak but to say on the whole no man knows everything and that is why Prince himself said "Accurate knowledge of Christ and the Father will bring the everlasting now" so don't go mad rapper until you get the facts straight and take your ass a Valium and calm the **** down.

I really miss Cat.She was,imo,more exciting than the dancers that came after her.Watching the 'SOTT' concert film,you can see that Prince and her had a real "chemistry" that has never been duplicated since.

Yeah the chemistry left me exhausted! That girl had 2 much energy!

True enough Cat had a lot of energy...but she was not much of a dancer. She gyrated a lot, and did a lot of running around, jumping up, etc., but if she was not dancing for Prince and duplicating these moves in a night club, I don't think that she would get much positive feedback. And as far as her energy was concerned, I would chalk it up to being in great shape, verus possessing any true talent. Also, that comment that she allegedly said to Prince in regard to Mayte not having the same type of chemistry with him that she had has a display of her lack of class. Don't hate her cause you ain't her, Cat! (If that is even true) Anway, that is my opinion, and opinions are like...

Catherine was probably like most of the faces in and out of the mix. A former stripper he spotted at some strip bar! Where how you dance has not much to do with anything. But how you look. Always the one to try and save everyone. So why have't you heard much of any of the so called talented women he has worked with? Or men to be exact so where is Andre' Cymone? Is he alive?
