i was readin the pretty pics of mani thing and man i aint even read it all cuz yall was hatin so damn bad...now i personally don't have an opinion on Mani besides the fact that i think she cute.....if she makes him happy then she makes me happy...and i also have no opinion towards Mayte...bsides the fact that i think she cute too...if she made him happy then she made me happy...

but it seems 2 me that yall just got so much love 4 Mayte ( 4 whatever reason) that u can't bear 2 c him with n e 1 else..which is sad bcuz yall should b happy that after he moved on he's found someone new that loves him.....

also someone said something like they can't bear 2 listen 2 call my name cuz of all the Mani undertones and some mess like that..Well imo Call My Name is a beautiful song no matter who its about..

also someone said that all of P's girls since Denise/Vanity look like her...imo none of them look like her xcept for the fact that they light skinned with long silky hair and they all look a lil exotic but other than that they don't look like her 2 me.

so n e ways...stop hatin on Mani she aint do nothin to yalll...and if and this is a very big IF..if the stalker theory is true i dunno y it piss yall off so much bcuz all ya women here kno yall would do the same thing...or maybe thats y ya mad..cuz u aint have that chance.

Thank you. I was thinking of starting a thread about this very subject. Threads like the ones I have read in this forum is one of the things I hate about the Org.

I think it's nothing but pure jealousy. Some people can't stand to see Prince with a woman who he seems happy with, not to mention one that he seems to be monogamous with. I also think that some people don't like her because they think she stole Prince from Mayte. Regardles of this, he fell in love with her and married her. He then decided to keep the relationship private which was the complete opposite from the way he flaunted Mayte all over the place. Also, Mani doesn't seem like the diva type of super-model type, therefore some people feel that she doesn't deserve him.

It's been a while since I've said anything in the "Mani" threads, so I'll throw my in now:

I think that Mani has "unfairly" benefited from Prince's new commitment to monogamy. Prince has NEVER been monogamous before now. He basically made women compete against each other for his love and attention.

Mayte had to compete for Prince's love throughout their relationship, before and after they were married. Prince has not made Mani compete. Once she "won" him, she had him.

Mani is basically a shrewd opportunist of questionable character. But now that Prince is a Jehovah's Witness, he is giving all of his love and attention to Mani. A woman of good morals and character would not have slept with her boss, not to mention that the boss was MARRIED.

So, in a nutshell, what you have is a reformed serial adulterer and rampant cheater pledging love and devotion to a schemer and homewrecker.

IF mani and Prince were together prior to the divorce how is it that Mani is the bad one here when it would have been PRINCE who was breaking vows and cheating... Be mad at prince if you choose to believe any of this crap ...

Jealousy is the reason behind the Mani hating. Mani is living the ultimate fan dream. There's plenty of Prince fans who have sent their resumes or business proposals to Paisley Park and were ignored.

In Mani's defense (i got ur back girlfriend....u go...) it is her season, the other women, they had their season, it came and it went..... Have u ever thought about who was there whenever both his parents died six months within each other? Publice ridicule regarding his association with the JW's? AMONGST alot of other things that I don't care to relive or rehash. From the outside looking, it seems that Mani has been thru Prince's hardest times (with the exception of baby gregory's death) more than anyone. So for you to insinuate that she is enjoying the "wonderful " life that U believe belongs to one of the other women, then I believe some deep soul searching is in order. I wish u guys would start giving Mani some credit. Noone here has to like Mani (cuz P don't give a dam*) just respect the fact that she is P's wife becuz N the end, it doesn't matter which rumours or lies u guys believe.....

Who's defending adultry?

Prince has been a man-whore for most if not all of his professional years. All those strings of women that got into a relationship with him knew this, so I have no sympathy for not one of them. If P did cheat on Mayte with Mani, I wouldn't doubt there were other women that he cheated with during that relationship. Also, it is not uncommon for a relationship to end in divorce when there is the death of a child. Bottom line is, if Mani was a so-called 'stalker fan', she could not have done anything that Prince didn't want her to. If she had made advances to him that were unwanted, he would have stopped her dead in his track., because I am sure that he has had plenty of women that have approached him. Prince is a grown ass man. Mani didn't have to cast a spell to make him want her. If he was an alduterer, then I hope he has repented and asked God for forgiveness and has moved on. There is nothing that can be done about what has already happened.

Well, you do have a good point which is why I am trying to "let it go". And the fact is, people's opinions are just that... no one has to live P and Mani's life except P and Mani. I go to sleep every night with the man I want to be with... everyone should be as lucky.

Why ask this point? Is this to knock Mayte? Or to defend Mani? It is a direct knock on Prince (as it should be) since I am quite sure he is the one who wanted to I don't believe contracts BS.
