This might sound stupid but where & how do you put a picture next to your handle name????? and where do find the pictures.

Go to the "Extras" link on the right below the date/time. Then click on Your "org" profile.

On the left, click on Edit your profile, and then Forum Settings.

On the form there is an upload area called Avitar: upload your image using the rules laid out and you got your icon!

FYI: The profile pics are done within the Edit your profile part.

The picture itself can come from anywhere you want it to come from, as long as it is saved somewhere within your PC. To add your picture, click on "Extras" on the upper, wait, let me think, right hand side. Sorry I get my left and right confused Once the "Extras" menu pops up, go to "your account", then to the um, left you will see a menu. Click on "Forum Settings." Then you will see "avatar" in the middle of the page and click "browse." There you will find your pic and upload it to the org. Make sure it is follows the size (Kb size) requirements and then the org crew will check your avatar out and it will be posted next to your name sometime later. 8)

it just took about an hour for me to find a picture that was under 15k. sux but i had to settle.
