I've downloaded some tracks called The Boom, It's Our Music, Give God A Try, Burn Baby Burn and 3 Shots. Does any one know what/if any involvement Prince had with these tracks?

"In the good old days of the Glam Slam clubs there was a time Prince used most of his time in Los Angeles. Recording a lot of great stuff. And enjoying music perhaps more than he had in a while.

So at evening he went to the Glam Slam club in LA. Stayed and watched or more often performed. Some young female rapper followed him - not stalked him - but she was there every night. One night she gave him a tape. This tape gave apparently a lot of input to Prince for later recordings.

So what happened was that Prince took the recording with the rap and added music and background vocals." Chastity @ HQ

You can hear Prince's touch all over the tracks. The link above gives some more info.
