Mazarati "Stroke" is THE jam! This came up on my Ipod today... man that song is cool. Great groove. Did Brown Mark write that? ______________________________________________

Yeah, Mark wrote the whole album except for "100 m.p.h.". P wrote that and is uncredited for "Strawberry Lover" for which he wrote the music. But yeah, that whole Mazarati album is killing. That Mazarati album is an underrated funk classic,isn't it? To me,it's as funky and fierce as anything on the first three Time albums. | |

man,let me tell u....their first album is masterpiece funk!....i only wish i could have seen them in concert back in '86!....i have them on video,but its not the greatest video....they rock!! | |

For sure - easily the best Paisley Park band other than The Time. The difference being that Morris is a better singer and showman than Casey Terry and Jesse playsmore guitar than all of Mazarati | |

I have "Mazarati 2" It is better than the first one 2 me. (I only liked "Players Ball" and "Strawberry Lover" Well..maybe they are about the same i guess. Both funky Straight Jacket Funk Affair
