How do I fix the time on postings???

For some reason, the times that show up on my postings are all screwed up. I set my home location, and it is still showing the completely wrong time, like I am a million time zones away.

How do I fix this? Am I just a complete idiot? (Distinct possibility, actually...)

my time setting on here is like two hours earlier than what it should be. it must be some kinda glitchy thing or somethin'.
