This thread reminds me of that old cartoon Tootsie Pop commercial where the boy asks all the animals how long does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop.

He goes from animal to animal. The animals finally point him in the direction of the owl.

So he asks the Owl... "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?"

The owl takes a lick, "one", he says.

Takes another lick, "two", he says.

Takes another lick, "three", he says...

He bites it. Then says, "three". nod

Then the kid looks like this confused

lol

So, back to the question. "How many more orgers will we 'loose'?"

The answer? Three. mr.green

oH! I so want to add to this conversation.

WAIT! eek I might be banned if I do though. Unless this post mysteriously disappears.
Oh well....here goes.

Yes! Moderators have their friends too. So there is definitely favouritism.
Cliques....? Yep! Even on the internet. lol disbelief Sad but true. I'd like to think most people use this site as a form of entertainment, information on their favourite music artists, passing time, or maybe even making real life friends or more.
But even on a website, where some people do express their true emotions, or opinions... there will always be a few people to ruin it.

Internet: Yeah...it's a website. Take it for what it is. However, it must also be realized that the internet is perhaps the #1 source of communication in the world. Jobs, webcams, downloading, studying, dating, family, medical research,etc... So it does make sense that people take it seriously. shrug And for a lot of people on here, it's how they keep in touch with friends that they may not be able to see or hear from any other way. Just like at work or amongst friends, there will be gossip, favouritism, bitching, even some bitches!! lol Take that as you will. wink

No! There isn't a FREEDOM OF SPEECH rule here. That's why there are moderators. Understandable. But it's when certain people choose to abuse their "authority" , take sides or make decisions for their own personal pleasure, that make this site a bit frustrating at times. A lot of people know that moderators can alter or delete posts you've made, lock threads they think may be offensive or innapropriate, can tell who has how many accounts and the names of the accounts, and ultimately ban your ass for life!!! lol They have and will continue to all of the above. It's when they share that information with their "buddies" that crosses the line between moderating and giving someone the "hook up". wink
So maybe it just comes down to choosing your battles and how important the site is to you.

Everyone can probably name at least one person here that should've been banned a while ago. Makes the 'popularity' thing seem more apparent. hmmm I don't know why people have been banned. You hear different stories anyway. We miss some, others we don't. Oh well. Hopefully from here on out, we can just have fun, share thoughts, make friends, find out ways to stalk..errrr, I mean find out information about PRINCE whistling And maybe, just maybe, allow people to escape their fucked up lives for just a moment or two, and enter a 'cyber world' where they can express themselves, and feel a connection with others. shrug

Ok..I'll stop there. lol Nice posting with you all. wave

This post will self destruct or I will be banned in 5, 4, 3, 2,.....

The OrgtastiKs

They are thirteen, one more than the 12 apostles. And they are beautiful, witty and prolific. Always together, they bond in the chatrooms of the Prince community, exchanging recipes, rumors and boots late at night or early in the morning. The first question of the day is always "Who do we don't like today?" and is invariably followed by the "Newbie of the day" debate. Those who are disliked see their threads mysteriously go without response, while the chosen newbies top the forums no matter how lame the thread and exhausted the topic.

I know their leader. He is a genius and a control-freak, usually presiding over the chatter with Buddha-like serenity, but also capable of the greatest agitation and anger. His tantrums are legendary -- many have compared him to a furious housecat thrown in a bath of cold water. Whatever you do, do not cross him.

His closest advisers are a genial everyman and a discreet beauty. The former is known to decide life changing matters by the amount of foam in his beer, not unlike a gypsy reading the tea leaves at the bottom of a cup. The latter is terminally intuitive -- some have compared her to a Star Trek empath, with good reason. The three often retreat to a private Yahoo chat to make the trickier decisions. Theyoften emerge from these meetings with red faces, having obviously upset each other in the struggle to choose the right path. By the time their faces return to their normal color, an unshakable consensus has set in. Everyone thinks as one and forgets whatever objections they raised. Unity is their foremost strength. Anyone who dares to break from the group is summarily expelled and some even lose their jobs. The Orgtastiks would act as one or would not be.

You are probably not safe reading these revelations. As for me, my Orglife would probably be over shortly after I press Save were it not for cracking Aero's password. I may be brave but I'm not stupid. The Orgstatiks cannot get me. And if they go after Aero, I know he'll unleash his own secret powers and who knows? Maybe that will be the end of the Org Thirteens.

The replies that follow should give you some clues as to the identity of the Orgstatiks. Be very careful -- they may smile and comfort, but they are a wild pack.
