Well I finally got my home PC recovered to the point where i could actually work on the 'org codebase, so I made a few tweaks...

- prev/next links on threads are 'prettier', and much more efficient--should help the site from being so slow sometimes
- I disabled the vote-for-featured thing; no one was using it anyhow, and it was slowing the site a little
- "forum jump" feature at bottom of threads
- added a confirmation screen shown after sending an orgnote.

The last two items were user requests, the first two are performance-related. I'll try to make more of the changes (most of the rest are a lot more involved!) that people have been asking for, in the coming week(s)...

Ben, when is the air conditioning getting installed? Summer is fast approaching.

but wait.... that next/previous topic thing... .you removed the title of what the actual next/previous topics were. that's not very helpful from a user point of view....

Yes, the downside is you don't get the titles. Sorry, it had to be done

They work otherwise though. Actually, they should work BETTER than before, because I also fixed a bug about prev/next not respecting your "sort order" (by last post/by thread start).
