Am I a moderator?

It seems like I'm the only one here who isn't. confused

It's fine if I'm not, it's just I don't want anyone thinking I'm not pulling my weight.

hmmm i sent $250 to your election campaign headquarters, but rumor has it that your campaign chairman blew it on two hookers in a hotel room in China... that would explain things.

not too many, some just love the power or padlocks. with threads being locked for no real reason, just a smart-ass comment. to me that does not show good judgement or moderation. surley they moderate using the same 'rules' we all accepted.

or is this becomming a mirror the npg(non music)c

If anyone has a problem with any action made by the moderators, I think it's safe for me to speak for us all when I suggest that you address that action with us directly. If you think one of us newbies has made a poor judgment call, ya know what? Maybe we DID. We're new. And if you illustrate how we screwed up, I for one will do what I can to make things right and learn from the situation. Vague grumblings, meanwhile, are more problem than solution. In fact, it kinda reads like sour grapes.

i dont think its sour grapes...there are different ways to communicate...and some might be in fear of retaliation....while your right, it might not be the best form of communication I would still hope that the mod squad considered the message being said....

That's fair enough.

I just believe that if someone has something to say, say that thing instead of talking about things that might be said. Otherwise, where's the argument and what do we learn?

it is definatley NOT sour grapes on my part, if i wanted to be a moderator i would have applied. i dont so didn't. to me some of the reasons for threads being closed are poor and some comments made too.

That wasn't what I meant - sorry for any misunderstandings. I just meant that if you have a situation where you think a thread was locked unfairly, share that situation with us and we'll discuss it. Otherwise, how can the dialog go anywhere?
