Hi guys, made a few more tweaks to the org today:

• session times out after 60 minutes, not 30. although still not 100% confident this is working properly
  
• now displays the number of replies (comments) on featured threads, on the homepage, as 2.0 did with news
  
• should be able to orgpop people directly from the chat now (I hope; wasn't able to fully test)
  
• if you're using a gecko-based browser (Mozilla, Netscape...) you should see slightly rounded corners on the homepage main headings now, just a minor visual enhancement
  
• new version of the org laminate maker in "alpha" testing
  
• to overcome a Safari browser bug (in my opinion!), removed the 'click-anywhere-in-the-cell' behavior on the thread lists.
  
• added five requested geographic regions: Bermuda, Singapore, Northern Ireland, Russia, Scotland.
  
• performance improvements for mod actions (for deleting & moving threads)
  
• moderator change: featuring threads easier now, less steps, can move at same time
  
• moderator change: "scan" mode now works properly, but isn't at all threaded
  
• moderator change: mods can actually see when a thread is locked now
  
• user "lurking" mode is better-respected now; if you use lurk mode, no one who has you on their buddy list will be alerted via orgpop when you login, and you won't show up on their MY ORG logged-in-buddies list

There are still some things I would like to fix/change, but won't be able to get to them until I return to the US next week, find a place to live, and get DSL installed!! See you all then!

It's not a big deal but I have noticed that when I delete all the orgnotes in my inbox I cannot access the list of "recently SENT orgnotes". As a test I sent myself a note and once again I was able to see the notes that I had sent.

Oh and by the way I also fixed the 'sort-by' typo bug in the thread overview, and made even more progress on getting the "lurk" mode to make folks truly 'invisible'.
