I have the same problem, though I think I'm not getting all of mine, too. It worked once for me when I was talking to Byron, and then my OrgPops never worked again.

Does anybody get seemingly random "empty" org pops, saying "has just logged in", without any name before it?

Hrmph, I don't know what the deal is. I tested sending orgpops on MSIE6, MSIE5.5, Firefox, and some Mac browser. Worked on all of 'em. Are you sure the person you're sending to doesn't have popup blocking turned on??

As far as the empty ones, really, no one should get empty ones anymore. But I don't doubt there are a few elusive bugs in there still, sigh.
