Few more tweaks/fixes, mostly in response to people's suggestions and comments...

• "featured" threads are bolded and have extra icon in the thread overviews
  
• more useful links displayed after entering a new event
  
• message icons should once again work!
  
• fix error message for newly-signed-up users when trying to reply
  
• add breadcrumb navigation to bottom of threadview as well as top
  
• 2nd try(!) at fixing orgpop-ability in the chat
  
• bunch of moderator functionality tweaks (moving thread now auto-approves, no reload of parent if only orgnoting user, no mod msg required for making threads visible, linked thread's approval tied to events, upon saving edits)
