As usual, much gratitude to Ben. Couple of comments on the stuff I've tried so far:

The org pops are fun. But they are kind of easy to miss. Could you add a little sound when they pop up like with IM (I guess with the option to turn it off if you get popped incessantly)? It would also be nice if the window would stay up. I had someone pop me and I replied and hit send without really looking at his name. So I had no way of saying anything else to him until he replied back to me again. I realize that if we REALLY wanted to talk, we could go to chat, but I seldomly chat.

I like my message forums sorted by last posting time. I see that you provided a link to do that, but when I click it, nothing seems to happen.

Great time for a org update. Should be an ACTIVE year.

I think typically people want the pops to disappear right away. You'll learn to read them first
