What's the likelyhood of the PPML making a comeback?

Very, very low.

It takes a huge amount of work to read/approve ALL the messages, etc.

I won't say "never", but I think most people much prefer the forum-type interactions.

I agree that if I had to choose, I would choose the way it is done now with the forums. That way people get instant feedback on what they write rather than waiting a week to find out what people's views are.
