DEAR ORG I don't usually go on like this...but here goes.
This whole sex thread forum has devided some people here. Some are for it and others against. The thought that this all came about because people voted for it on the poll just doesn't sit right. Who actually takes those seriously. If you look at the poll we have now...the joke answer is actually winning the poll. 
I don't think that people voted seriously on it in the first place because there seem to be alot of people against this. I don't mind sex threads...that's not the issue with me. The main thing that worries me is that we have too many forums as it is. When I come to the org...it's more a social thing and catching up with friends. I knew I could find them all in the GD forum. Now I can see that it's not as sociable. Some are over there and some here. I can see that I won't be catching up with some orgeres as much now. 
Plus there is the argument that the org has become a joke now with the sex forum. Moonbeam sent me a org note before he left to say bye and give me his reasons and he and I think alike. I don't see the advantage of having the extra forum...nobody was put out THAT much when we had sex threads here. Those are just my thoughts...what about you guys? | |

Give it a while and let the novelty die off, THEN decide if it's a horrible boil on the moral landscape. It's only been one day, geesh. | |

Well, SOMEBODY threatend to leave because of all the sex threads in GD... That's why this whole idea was brought up in the first place.
Too many forums? I think Celebration 2002 and 2003 can be eliminated.

None of the changes so far has really effected the Org in any negative way...there's a novelty to having an extra forum to hang out in which will wear off...I have a suspicion that the GD forum will always be the main place that the orgers you enjoy go to first, so don't worry too much... | |

If what I suspect will happen does indeed happen as a result of this new forum...I will be canceling my account. For good this time. And there ain't a deck of cards within five feet of me...so I sure as fuck ain't bluffing with that threat... CANCEL THE FORUM! | |
