What do each of you do? I know that at my board every mod is pretty much all purpose, perhaps some do a bit more than others (For example, I usually have the task of helping out people with HTML) but here it seems that you all have designated tasks. What are each of your mod duties?

I look after all the laidies.
I make sure they arrive safley and have nice refreshments. If they need a bit of loving then it's my duty to please that booty.

No designated tasks. We split our time between responding to user queries, reports of problematic posts, reading the forums ourselves, approving avatars, news items and events, and generally trying to keep the peace. The only person who actually deals with the technology side of the site - the database, the code etc is Ben.
