other stuff has been jacked for me. when i clicked on "newest topics" is gave me the list of orgers online and chat options.

it's been moving real slow, off and on, for the last couple of days. i think it's because the world is about to end.
let me come over it's a beautiful day to play with you in the dark

Which areas are you referring to now? Search obviously, and the shop... anything else?

FYI, The shop could be quickly done by outsourcing the entire thing to Cafepress. You just upload the logo, make a few customizations on the store, set your prices, and viola! The entire store is outsourced in a day. They handle the rest--billing, shipping, etc.

It costs nothing! :O

I know. I did suggest this to Ben, but he prefers to retain control over that to ensure "quality" merchandise and not just generic stuff with our logo slapped on it. I was also gonna print up a limited number of t-shirts myself to give away in competitions but again Ben said he'd rather handle that. So I expect we will see our shop re-opening at some point.

Regarding the slowness on the forums, I've brought it to Ben's attention.

Yeah, and of course the weird thing is, everything works just dandy fine, fast for me when I'm on (admittedly, when most all of you guys are asleep.)

Strange, I don't see anything obviously wrong. I've got the day off from work today, I'll see what I can figure out.

Sounds like a piece of rogue html you might have entered into your sig didn't get filtered out, which blew up the rest of the page. It looks that way, judging from you sig's current appearance--it has a piece of a broken tag in it. I don't suppose you can clear your sig?

i can't even do that, either...all that's on my forum preferences page is the window where you put your signature. the coding for the rest of the buttons, avatar, etc. is all in the window along with my sig. that's why my signature looks all wonky right now.

i dunno if ben has to fix it or what, but i can't do a thing with it...shrug
