How exactly does a person get a 'strike' here? Can it be for a little thing...or does someone really gotta fuck shit up before they get one?? Do the strikes go away after a period of time, or are ya stuck with them forever?

I was just wondering.

I've already discussed the general deal with Ian (without naming names to him), and he agrees it's fucked up and has offered to deal with it if I can't on my own.
