Is this how I get all my problems resolved? And is there a limit to the number of times I can use this feature?

Use it often as you like.

Prince.org is a free service, run by a small number of volunteers in our spare time. Obviously, we don't have the time to read each and every post on the site, so we miss things. The "report msg to moderator" facility is designed to allow all Org users to take responsibility for the quality of the site, and to "self police" itself.

It is mainly designed as a way to report problematic posts, stuff that breaks our site rules - such as racist content, abusive messages etc. We couldn't run the site at all if people didn't report stuff to us. So feel free to use it as you see fit.

Although the moderator dealing with your request may not always agree with your assessment or give you the decision you wanted, we do greatly appreciate the efforts made by people reporting stuff to us. It makes the site better, more consistent etc.
