why dont animated gif avatars work? i tried one less than 15kb in size but it just comes up as a still picture

i don't think we can have animated avvies here...there's a couple people who have 'em but they've had 'em ever since the org revamped...i've wondered about this, too.

If memory serves, they were ended last year because too many people had loud blinking avatars that were distracting to look at.

My spark is supposed to sparkle! It's all good tho.
