You make a jpeg or gif file thats 62 by 62 pixels or smaller and is samaller than about 12kb, goto extras, click on your account, go to edit profile, and there you can upload the pic from your hard disc. The pic will need to be aprooved by the moderators but after that it's all done. I can make it for you and e-mail it to you if you like.
