technical problem: edits to my profile aren't being saved

I tried making a minor edit to my public profile (modifying my list of favorite ablums). I hit "save public profile" but it keeps reverting back to the original text without my updates. I tried it a dozen times over two days.

How do I get help for that? Post in this forum? Org-note a site administrator?

Who can we contact about technical problems? I've posted here and I sent an email via the "contact us" option (https://prince.org/contact.html), but no one has responded. If there's some other way I'm supposed to report technical problems, I iwish someone would let me know. At the very least it would be nice if someone simply acknowledged my inquiry and said, "We're looking into it... We'll get back to you..."
