how long is "for now"?

because by locking the post, you just cost me a beautiful post i literally cried as i wrote. it was a long beautiful post about my love of the org, what a special place it has been, and how amazing its people are. and now i have to write it again from scratch, because you locked the thread.

how long SPECIFICALLY is "for now"? no more appeasements.

and, so help me god, if you guys delete that thread or lock this one without a specific answer, i am going to be really pissed off.
